Public Hubs & Content Sharing

By joining or participating in a Public Hub, you acknowledge and agree that activities may be photographed, recorded, or otherwise documented. These captured moments (“Moments”) may be published within the app and made visible to other users.

Public vs. Private Hubs

  • Public Hubs: Content from these may be shared publicly within the app.

  • Private Hubs: Content is not shared by default.

We do not allow activities to be hosted in private residences. All activities must take place in public venues (e.g., parks, cafes, gyms).

Don’t Want to Be in Photos?

You’re in control of your visibility:

  • Blur My Image: You can turn on the “Blur me in all photos” setting in your profile. If enabled, we’ll automatically blur your face in any shared Moments — even in Public Hubs.

  • Request Removal: You can request the removal of specific content using the in-app reporting tool.

When Joining a Public Hub

You’ll see this reminder:

“Heads up: This is a Public Hub. Activities here may be shared in Moments. If you’d rather not appear, go to your profile and turn on face blur.”

Privacy Settings Summary

You’ll find these controls under Profile → Privacy Settings:

  • “Allow me in Moments” (default: ON)

  • “Blur me in all photos”

Even in Public Hubs, you’re in control. If this is OFF, we’ll automatically blur your face.

  • Consent checkbox : “I confirm I have consent to appear in shared content.”

Respectful Sharing

Photos taken in Public Hubs may include people you don’t personally know. We ask all users to:

  • Post respectfully

  • Blur anyone who requests privacy

  • Only share content you’d be comfortable appearing in yourself
