Event canceled by host→ You’ll always get your money back.
You cancel (24+ hours before start)→ Full refund.
Event changed or didn’t happen as promised(Wrong time, location, or unsafe conditions)→ Full refund.
Platform error(e.g., double charge or technical glitch)→ Full refund.
No-shows→ If you don’t attend, no refund.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before)→ Non-refundable.
“Didn’t vibe” or wasn’t your scene→ Personal preference is not a valid reason for a refund.
If something goes wrong and doesn’t fit the categories above, we may issue a goodwill refund. In those cases, Pacaya covers the cost — not the host.
