Refund Policy for Customers

Effective Date: Friday 9, 2025

When You’ll Get a Refund

  • Event canceled by host
    → You’ll always get your money back.

  • You cancel (24+ hours before start)
    → Full refund.

  • Event changed or didn’t happen as promised
    (Wrong time, location, or unsafe conditions)
    → Full refund.

  • Platform error
    (e.g., double charge or technical glitch)
    → Full refund.

 

When Refunds Don’t Apply

  • No-shows
    → If you don’t attend, no refund.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before)
    → Non-refundable.

  • “Didn’t vibe” or wasn’t your scene
    → Personal preference is not a valid reason for a refund.

Special Cases

If something goes wrong and doesn’t fit the categories above, we may issue a goodwill refund. In those cases, Pacaya covers the cost — not the host.
